Here to manage your stress.
We're just kind of tucked in up here in this historic building right in HIngham Square. I think this space was the post office at some point in the 1800s... It has grown very much organically, into this calm, healing space. It's become a place not just for people to leave their stress at the door, but to actually release the stress and tension from their systems so that they walk back out into the world lighter, less distracted, more relaxed, more connected to themselves.

One of the things that sets our business apart in the community is that we do this work because it is our calling. This business wasn’t born out of market analyses and profit projections but rather from a desire to bring these services to the community. PRESENCE has taken on a momentum all its own. It’s been really fulfilling to watch people’s temperaments change as soon as they walk into the space. We often hear, “It feels so good in here.” Or, “I had no idea this was up here!”
